MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – IMPORTS & PROCUREMENT

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This 12-month program is designed to equip young professionals with the skills and knowledge required to excel in procurement, international sourcing and import operations. The trainee will gain exposure to vendor management, import regulations, cost analysis, negotiation and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in identifying and evaluating international suppliers.
- Support the procurement of raw materials, components and finished goods.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and customs brokers on import documentation.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
- Analyze cost structures and support price negotiations.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with finance, operations and inventory teams.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business or related field
- Strong interest in procurement and global trade
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
