JOB PROFILE:
- Manage and optimize spare parts and accessories inventory, with a focus on off-road, 4x4, and performance upgrades (suspension, armor, drivetrain, lighting, etc.).
- Source and procure specialized off-road parts while negotiating best pricing and lead times.
- Advise customers and internal teams on technical fitment, compatibility, and performance enhancements for 4x4 vehicles.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in off-road modifications (overlanding, rock crawling, expedition builds) and recommend new product lines.
- Work closely with the service and sales teams to support custom builds and modifications.
- Train staff on off-road product knowledge and industry best practices.
PERSONAL PROFILE:
- Must be a 4x4 enthusiast with hands-on experience in off-road modifications.
- 3+ years of experience in spare parts management, automotive aftermarket sales, or off-road industry roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of 4x4 systems, lift kits, armor, recovery gear, and performance upgrades.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to read parts diagrams, understand vehicle specs, and troubleshoot fitment issues.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor a team.
