Brand Manager - Brand & Partnerships

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the brand strategy aligned with corporate goals and values.
  • Manage brand guidelines and oversee their implementation across the organization and external partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with business objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders including media, agencies, event organizers, and CSR partners.
  • Maximize value from partnerships through integrated marketing campaigns and joint initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute brand and partnership-related campaigns.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent with brand positioning and regulatory standards.
  • Support integrated marketing initiatives that enhance the organization's thought leadership and reputation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking to inform brand positioning and partnership opportunities.
  • Track ROI and performance metrics of campaigns and partnerships, and report insights to senior management.

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
  • 5–7 years' experience in brand management and partnership development, preferably in the financial services or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and partnership marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in managing agencies, sponsorships, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think both strategically and operationally, with a hands-on approach.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail; familiarity with compliance requirements in financial marketing is preferred.
