Workshop
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth functioning of the passenger vehicle section.
- Monitor and optimise turnaround time.
- Organise and conduct promotional activities to generate business and achieve monthly targets.
- Manage and develop competencies of subordinates.
- Establish troubleshooting guidelines and quality standards to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Improve overall customer service quality.
Requirements
- Diploma or Professional Qualification in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institute.
- 5 years’ experience in the automobile field including two years in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience in accident repair and body painting will be a definite advantage.
- A thorough understanding of automotive technology and service and repairs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent Interpersonal skills coupled with verbal and written communication in Sinhala & English.
