Job Description

Job Profile:

  • Manage a team of Business Development Officers to meet team targets while achieving the assigned individual targets
  • Identify and develop new lending opportunities within the industry
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify areas for growth
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their targets
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed

Candidate Prerequisites:

  • Full or partial qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institution, or a banking qualification from IBSL
  • A Master's or bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an acceptable institution is preferred
  • A minimum of 6 - 8 years of work experience in banking or financial services, specifically within a Sales Team, with leadership responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a flair for sales
  • Knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activities
