Job Profile:
- Manage a team of Business Development Officers to meet team targets while achieving the assigned individual targets
- Identify and develop new lending opportunities within the industry
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify areas for growth
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their targets
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Full or partial qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institution, or a banking qualification from IBSL
- A Master's or bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an acceptable institution is preferred
- A minimum of 6 - 8 years of work experience in banking or financial services, specifically within a Sales Team, with leadership responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and a flair for sales
- Knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activities
