L1 SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
The L1 Support Executive is key in organizing, managing, and delivering support services to clients or internal teams. This position involves coordinating support activities, maintaining records, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and acting as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and service teams. The L1 Support Executive ensures services are delivered effectively and per policies and procedures.
