SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Head Office)
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Quantity Surveying & Interior Designing?
A Person who is able to take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle from initial client inquiry and quotation to project execution and completion by ensuring cost accuracy, operational efficiency, team leadership, and subcontractor coordination.
Join ALUGREAT ENGINEERING (Pvt) Ltd, a leader in the aluminum fabrication industry, as we seek a skilled Quantity Surveyor who is interested in Aluminum & Steel Fabrication works.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc degree in Quantity Surveying/ HND or Equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the Aluminum/Steel Fabrication or Interior Designing Field.
- Familiar with Contract Administration & Contracts Management works.
- Previous experiences in Dispute Resolution Works.
- Strategic Planning & Coordination.
- Expert handling in Managing Material Procurement Works.
- Invoicing & Project Account Finalization.
- Experience in managing project suspensions and handling termination claims.
- Skilled in risk management, budget control, & process optimization for operational cost-effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English with strong negotiation & communication skills.
- Positive attitude towards day to day works.
Preference will be given to applicants residing in close proximity to Gampaha, Biyagama, Kaduwela, Kiribathgoda, Kadawatha, Wattala and Makola areas.
