ASSISTANT MANAGER

CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATION

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service operations.
  • Workshop management training/certifications are an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Thorough understanding of automotive safety standards and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage customers and service advisors while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
  • Holding a valid driving license is mandatory.
