Sales Co-ordinators
The ideal candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The objective is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and lasting development of the company.
Job Prerequisites
- Proven experience in sales (experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar capacity will be considered a plus-point)
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala/Tamil
- A good team player demonstrating great commitment
- A certification in sales or marketing will be advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
- All Administration work and Documentation
- Preparing Reports for the field sales team and the management
- Preparing Monthly Sales Reports and Presentations
- Monitoring & Analysing Sales
- Gathering Market Feedback
- Handling Subscriber Application Form (SAF)
- Following up on BDA (Business Development Agent) and Customer Retention
- Handling Expenses & other Claims
- Co-ordinating with the field sales staff
