Position: Sales Coordinator

Accel Automobiles (Pvt) Ltd, a leading distributor of tyres and alloy wheels in Sri Lanka, is looking for a dynamically organized, and self-motivated Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, documents, and internal communication.
- Handle social media inquiries and manage engagement across platforms.
- Prepare monthly order forecasts and sales target reports for senior management.
- Oversee reseller promotions and sales incentive programs, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
- Track sales team performance, identify areas for improvement, and support growth strategies.
- Manage aging inventory by coordinating promotional activities with the sales team.
- Prepare and update price lists for various product lines.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and customer engagement.
