EXPORT/IMPORT COORDINATOR

The company exports to 30+ international destinations and serves 200+ reputed global customers, and also has value-added and retail products under its own brand. Ceylon Eco Spices holds Organic, Rainforest Alliance, BRCGS, ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP Certifications. The company has also won multiple national export awards in the years 2022, 2023 & 2024.
We are a fast-growing Group looking for an Export/Import Coordinator to join us and build a long-term career.
Role Overview:
The Export/Import Coordinator is responsible for managing shipping documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the export and import process. This role involves coordinating container quality checks, overseeing delivery schedules, and working closely with freight forwarders and banks. By ensuring the timely collection and submission of complete shipping documents, the coordinator supports smooth and efficient international trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing shipping documents and ensuring accuracy.
- Container quality checking, delivery coordination.
- Collect shipping documents from freight forwarders and hand over complete and accurate shipping documents to the bank.
Key Requirement:
- National Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Male candidate, age below 35 years.
- Valid Driving License and ability to drive motorcycles.
- Excellent communication & analytical skills and a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
