Junior Executive / Executive - HR Business Partnering

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior HR Executive – Business Partnering to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business units to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the group hiring team to understand staffing needs.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings to interview coordination.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
  • Attend to labor-related matters and coordinate with the labor department for related concerns.
  • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and policy development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Fully or part-qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Professional Qualification in HRM.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a business partnering model.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
