We are seeking highly skilled individuals with a strong background in HR practices for the following positions. Candidates should possess the following qualifications.

Executive – Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in a Learning & Development (L&D) role.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to design & create engaging training materials.
  • Passion for people development & continuous learning.

Executive – Human Resources

  • Responsible for time & attendance, leave management, overtime calculation & employee relations activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mint HR system and MS Office applications.
  • Proven 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Counsellor (Contract Basis)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of counselling experience, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
  • Sound knowledge of mental health issues, workplace stress, and employee wellness.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
