LEARNING RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

Are you passionate about education, highly organized, and great with people? AOD is looking for a dynamic Learning Resources Executive to oversee and support all learning resources that empower our academic delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain the AOD Library and all learning resources across classrooms, labs, and studios.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers and tutors for efficient classroom allocation.
  • Prepare learning environments for guest sessions, workshops, and daily academic activities.
  • Keep comprehensive, organized records of all learning resources.
  • Ensure timely servicing, upgrading, and repair of all educational tools and equipment.
  • Conduct biannual inventory of books, assets, and IT equipment.
  • Provide support to tutors and staff for all Learning Resource Centre (LRC) needs.
  • Maintain an updated log of all resources issued to students, tutors, and staff.

  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in databases and online tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident working independently and within a team, with leadership potential.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and a love for learning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced academic environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female candidates aged between 22–35 years.
  • Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations.
  • Preferred completion of a diploma or certificate course in management or any other discipline.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Sinhala.
  • Previous experience or internships in the higher education sector is an added advantage.
