Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Supplier Coordination: Identify suppliers, negotiate terms and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers.
- Engagement: Obtain quotations, process purchase orders (POs) and ensure the timely acquisition of required items.
- Timely Procurement: Ensure supply chain needs are met in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Inventory Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams for procurement planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth transactions and efficient order fulfillment.
- Supplier visits: Visit and meet local suppliers as and when necessary.
Who You Are:
- Education: Certificate or Diploma level qualification in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in the similar field will be an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and good computer literacy.
- Additional Advantage: Possessing a valid motorcycle license and access to a motorbike will be beneficial for the role.
