FACTORY MANAGER – (Colombo / Avissawella / Katunayake)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations (production, quality control, inventory, etc.)
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Manage workforce: hiring, training, scheduling, performance management
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations
- Optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Other qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, or related field
- 2-5 Years’ experience in relevant field.
- MBA or diploma in production management (Added advantage)
