MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Expo Industrial engineering is under Expo Industrial Group, which was established under the purview of the BOI since 1992, for the purpose of providing engineering requirements, spares, machinery tools, component, injection molded products, high precision solutions to different Industries and developing, designing, manufacturing of heat transfer and screen printed items to top tier garment industry and life style industry with leading brands in the US, UK and Europe. Applications are called from suitable candidates to fill the following vacancies at our manufacturing facility at Phase 11, EPZ, Katunayake.

The main job functions of this position will include:
- Ensure on-time delivery of samples and timely handover of bulk orders to maintain customer satisfaction and production efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as R&D, design, and operations to align marketing and product development strategies with overall business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product development and marketing strategies.
- Providing assistance to graphic development execution.
- Attending to Pre-production and planning meetings, discussing details, pertaining to efficiency, production and technically related issues, sample approval dates etc.
- Regular communication with customers and internal departments.
Candidate should possess:
- GCE Advanced Level Qualification in Mathematics, Science or Commerce Stream.
- 03 - 04 Years’ hands on experience in a similar type of operations or customer service operations in the Screen-Printing Industry or Garment Manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and excellent time management & organizational skills.
- Have good verbal and written Sinhala & English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in close proximity to Katunayake area.
The remuneration package for the above position is negotiable and would be in line with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
