Order Management - Data Quality Specialist - Shared Services
Location:
Colombo, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and verify data accuracy across Infor Nexus, CargoWise, SharePoint, and internal trackers
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support service level tracking and exception management
- Maintain and update KPI dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics across OM operations
- Analyze data gaps, inconsistencies, and errors; communicate findings to relevant team members or leaders for resolution
- Support internal audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with data entry standards and procedures
- Collaborate with OM Coordinators, Shared Services, and Regional Managers to improve reporting consistency and data quality
- Assist in the development of templates and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual entry errors
- Maintain structured records of data issues and resolution tracking
- Escalate recurring data quality problems to the OM Team Leader or systems support as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, data analytics, business administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, data analysis, or system coordination
- Prior use of Infor Nexus, CargoWise, or SharePoint is a strong advantage
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) are essential
- Experience with Power BI is highly desirable
- Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to identifying and solving data-related issues
- Good written and verbal communication in English; fluency in another Asian language is a plus
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
- Able to manage tasks independently while keeping team leaders updated
- Collaborative approach to working with operational teams to ensure accurate process and system data
