WORK PREPARATOR
Job Summary
The prime duty of the Work Preparator is to identify various jobs in Ship Repair & Ship Building activities and prepare Work Preparator Sheets, Work-done Certificates, and maintain data files maintaining in both digital and physical formats based on Quality Management System, coordinating with relevant officers for subcontract bill settlements etc.
The ideal candidates should possess.
- Full qualification in NDT / HNDE / NDES / City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical /Mechatronics Engineering.
- OR National Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical (NVQ Level 5) at CGTTI with 03 years of Experience in a reputed engineering firm.
General Conditions.
- Educational Qualification: GCE (A/L) in Physical Science subjects.
- Age Limit: Below 35yrs.
- Previous training/experience in the field of Marine Engineering will be a definite advantage.
- Exposure / qualification in marketing will be an added advantage.
- A good command of both spoken and written English and ability to work in an IT driven environment.
- Should be a highly motivated & energetic individual with good physique who can work under extremely challenging/demanding conditions and a team player with sound leadership & interpersonal skills.
- It is essential that the applicants should be able to commit to working late hours, weekends, and holidays as and when required.
The selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of 01 year initially and allocated to Ship Repair / Ship Building Projects of the company.
