We are a reputed property development company operating and maintaining a gated community project developed by us. The company provides the services of a swimming pool, gymnasium, squash, badminton and tennis courts, daily upkeep of common areas and attend to running repairs and maintenance of the residences.
We have opportunities for a Multi-Duty Technician to join our team of service personnel at a site in Thalawathugoda.
MULTI-DUTY TECHNICIAN
Ideal Candidate should be:
- Age 25 – 35 years
- 2-3 Years Past experience in working as a maintenance technician
- NVQ 3 or higher level technical qualification as an Electrician / Plumber or in any other maintenance related field
- Ability to operate a swimming pool filtration plant
- Ability to maintain gym equipment
- Ability to attend to electrical / plumbing repairs in dwellings
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
