ADMISSIONS MANAGERS / SENIOR STUDENT COUNSELLORS
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about guiding adult learners and working professionals toward academic advancement and career transformation. As a key member of our admissions team, you will lead or support the counselling and conversion process for Master’s programmes, Top-Up degrees in Business and Technology, and executive education offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions and meet enrolment targets for each intake.
- Provide professional guidance to prospective students on course selection, eligibility, and progression routes.
- Lead or support the team during key recruitment periods including events, webinars, school visits, and corporate outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups on CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with admission policies of partnering universities.
Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in student admissions, preferably for postgraduate or top-up degree programmes.
- Proven ability to manage or support the full admissions lifecycle — from inquiry to enrolment.
- Prior experience working with UK university partners or British education systems is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for recruitment or promotional activities.
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members will be an added advantage.
