Job Description

Job Profile:

  • Drive the Team Leaders to achieve the set targets of Cards acquisition
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies/concepts and ensure they are practised in teams
  • Stay updated on the market trends and customer needs to optimize sales efforts
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to increase card sales
  • Ensure all the sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and the bank policies
  • Ensure low audit ratings with zero repeated comments

Candidate Prerequisites:

  • Full/part qualification in Marketing/Sales from a recognized institution. Part qualification in Banking at IBSL would be a definite advantage
  • Minimum 03 - 04 years of experience in a role of Sales and Marketing in a Bank/Finance institute
  • Fair knowledge of banking, especially in card products would be beneficial
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills combined with leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
