Cluster Reservations Executive
Cluster Reservation Agent
Cluster Reservations Executive and Cluster Reservations Agent with proven experience in reservation operations, strong communication skills and the ability to manage bookings efficiently. Responsible for the smooth coordination of reservations and delivering outstanding guest service. Experience with hotel reservation systems is a definite advantage.
Sales Coordinator
Highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator with the ability to support the sales team by managing client accounts, coordinating sales activities, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. Requires excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity is essential.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be preferred and knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English language (written & spoken), creative, innovative and willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with limited supervision.
