JOB SUMMARY

ACCESS ECO ELECTRIC PVT LTD IS LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC AND RESULTS-DRIVEN SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH BY IDENTIFYING NEW OPPORTUNITIES, MANAGING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, AND EXECUTING MARKETING STRATEGIES. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE STRONG SALES ACUMEN, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND A PASSION FOR THE MATERIAL HANDLING & LOGISTICS-RELATED INDUSTRY.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and dealers.
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  2. Marketing & Brand Promotion

    • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
    • Coordinate digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, SEO, etc.).
    • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.).
  3. Customer Relationship & Support

    • Address customer inquiries, negotiate deals, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
    • Follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, and manage repeat business.
    • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  4. Reporting & Coordination

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline.
    • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
    • Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in sales & marketing, preferably in the MHE/Logistics related industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Excellent communication (English & Sinhala/any other language).
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in B2B sales, knowledge of Material Handling Equipment / Sustainable Energy, Logistics solutions industry, added advantage.
