JOB SUMMARY
ACCESS ECO ELECTRIC PVT LTD IS LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC AND RESULTS-DRIVEN SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH BY IDENTIFYING NEW OPPORTUNITIES, MANAGING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, AND EXECUTING MARKETING STRATEGIES. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE STRONG SALES ACUMEN, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND A PASSION FOR THE MATERIAL HANDLING & LOGISTICS-RELATED INDUSTRY.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and dealers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, SEO, etc.).
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.).

Customer Relationship & Support
- Address customer inquiries, negotiate deals, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, and manage repeat business.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2-5 years in sales & marketing, preferably in the MHE/Logistics related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication (English & Sinhala/any other language).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Preferred:
- Experience in B2B sales, knowledge of Material Handling Equipment / Sustainable Energy, Logistics solutions industry, added advantage.
