JOB DESCRIPTION

LEAD GENERATION & PROSPECTING

  • Research and identify potential clients based on ideal customer profiles.
  • Build and maintain lead databases using LinkedIn and email/mobile number scraping tools.
  • Monitor industry news and updates to identify new opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by verifying business fit, decision-makers, and contact information.
  • Set up and manage outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct market research on potential events and new countries we can target.

DOCUMENT PREPARATION

  • Proofread commercial documents (proposals, quotations, NDAs, etc.).
  • Assist in creating and updating sales pitches and content for marketing and sales.
  • Prepare competitor analyses and develop product comparison documentation.

SALES & MEETING SUPPORT

  • Identify new tools to streamline sales and marketing processes.
  • Maintain lead pipelines and ensure accurate tagging and categorisation of contacts.
  • Housekeeping SPIL social media pages.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing / Sales or Management.
  • Professional qualifications – CIM or SLIM.
  • Experience in graphic designing (Photoshop/Illustrator) will be an added advantage.
