JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Compiling Payroll according to Shop & Office Act rules and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge by Handling PAYROLL through HRIS (MintHR knowledge would be added advantage).
- Fair Knowledge and Practice about Labour Laws (Shop and Office Employees Act, The Factory Ordinance and The Minimum Wage Ordinance) with the Compensations.
- Prepare HR reports by Collecting and Analyzing data.
- Practice and Knowledge of Handling HR Documentation.
- Perform necessary HR functions based on the requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Should have a fully / Partially completed Bachelor’s Degree / MBA / CQHRM in Human Resources Management.
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience for PAYROLL preparations.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Time management is essential for meeting deadlines.
- Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Plantation sector, would be added Advantage.
