JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Compiling Payroll according to Shop & Office Act rules and regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge by Handling PAYROLL through HRIS (MintHR knowledge would be added advantage).
  • Fair Knowledge and Practice about Labour Laws (Shop and Office Employees Act, The Factory Ordinance and The Minimum Wage Ordinance) with the Compensations.
  • Prepare HR reports by Collecting and Analyzing data.
  • Practice and Knowledge of Handling HR Documentation.
  • Perform necessary HR functions based on the requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Should have a fully / Partially completed Bachelor’s Degree / MBA / CQHRM in Human Resources Management.
  • A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience for PAYROLL preparations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Time management is essential for meeting deadlines.
  • Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Plantation sector, would be added Advantage.
