As the Head of Fleet at tuktukrental.com, your role involves leading the growth, quality, and operational efficiency of our tuktuk fleet. About you:
- Proven Experience: Background in fleet management or supplier relations with a focus on operational excellence.
- Strategic & Detail-Oriented: Strong strategic planning skills combined with attention to day-to-day operational details.
- Leadership: Excellent team management and motivational skills.
- Analytical & Financial Skills: Proficient in data analysis and financial oversight to support cost-effective decisions.
- Tech-Savvy: Experienced in using digital tools to enhance fleet operations and efficiency.
- Bonus: Experience in adventure travel or social enterprises, and multilingual communication abilities.
