Engineer-Technical
Location: Kadawatha
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Engineer – Technical who thrives in fieldwork, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of water treatment processes, MEP installations, and machine commissioning. This is a hands-on role with excellent learning opportunities, strong mentorship, and an attractive incentive structure on top of a competitive salary.
Job Summary:
- Support installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and process equipment at project sites.
- Assist in water and wastewater treatment system implementations.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams including suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare technical documentation, site reports, and provide on-ground support.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Actively participate in site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting.
- Continuously learn and contribute to process improvements and technical development.
Qualifications:
- B Tech Engineering Technology, NDT and similar experience.
- 1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduate also welcome.
