Reservation Agent (Maldives)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and services.
- Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently.
- Maintain reservation records and update the Property Management System (PMS).
- Communicate effectively with guests and internal departments.
- Resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in reservations or front office roles, preferably in hotels or resorts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in reservation systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
