A prestigious luxury resort in the Maldives is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join their team. If you enjoy delivering excellent guest service and managing bookings efficiently, this is the role for you!

Reservation Agent (Maldives)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and services.
  • Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Maintain reservation records and update the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Communicate effectively with guests and internal departments.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in reservations or front office roles, preferably in hotels or resorts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in reservation systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
