RECOVERIES EXECUTIVE, JUNIOR EXECUTIVE
Locations: Dehiwala, Kohuwala, Wellawatta, Chilaw and Kiribathgoda
The Job
- Regular interaction with borrowers whose repayments have fallen into arrears
- Collect the dues and update the settlements at the earliest
- Sending the required information to the management for rescheduling, settlements and obtain necessary approvals
- Safeguarding the image of the company while maintaining the confidentiality & professional behaviour
The Person
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Similar Capacity
- Educational or Professional Qualification in Business/ Credit/ Finance Would be an Added Advantage
- Dynamic & Performance-Driven Personality
- Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
