Senior Brand Manager

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategy to one of the key brands within the Hemas Consumer portfolio. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, market share, and profitability through innovative marketing initiatives, cross-functional leadership, and consumer-centric thinking. The role further entails,

  • Plan marketing activities to achieve agreed brand targets, volumes, and share.
  • Lead project teams to achieve agreed innovation plans with proper briefing of relevant team members/dept.
  • Manage the innovation/activation process to deliver planned activities on time.
  • Analyzing & reporting sales, shares, margins to evaluate brand performance against plan and initiate timely action.
  • Managing key external contacts such as advertising/media buying agency, market research agency, packaging and promotional items suppliers, outdoor advertising suppliers, broadcast stations, production houses.
  • Handle Launch or re-launch networks and development of new product briefs, packaging briefs.

Who We Want

  • Bachelors in Marketing or Management with overall 5+ years of experience in Brand Management.
  • Full or part qualification in SLIM or CIM.
  • 3 years experience as a Brand Manager in a FMCG or Service organization.
  • Experience from an advertising background or a qualification in advertising will be an added advantage.
