EXECUTIVE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & MERCHANDISING (COLOMBO)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate on new and creative product development methods
- Know current market trends and customer requirements
- Manage customers with assistance
- Roll out and work with the vendors to develop products
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and the company’s objectives
- Ability to handle multiple brands and products
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in a related field
- Highly creative with the right attitude
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
- Innovative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
