Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the bulk merchandising process from order confirmation to delivery.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth transition of designs to bulk production.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
- Coordinate with the sourcing team to ensure the timely procurement of raw materials.
- Ensure product quality standards are met throughout the production cycle.
- Monitor production timelines and lead efforts to resolve any delays or issues.
- Prepare and present reports on production status, inventory, and delivery schedules.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to international quality standards and compliance with labor and environmental regulations.
- Lead a team of merchandising assistants and other personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bulk merchandising within the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes, sourcing, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
