KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead company’s strategic direction, operations, financial performance, and brand growth
- Oversee production, sales, marketing, and distribution
- Ensure company values, culture, and mission align with long-term success
- Financial & Operational Management to achieve revenue growth and profitability
- Brand & Market Development to ensure stakeholder engagement strategies
- Strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and on-premise partners
- Create a workplace environment focused on innovation, quality, and sustainability
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, health & safety standards, and licensing requirements
- Maintain high product quality and consistency across all offerings
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree or MBA related to the field
- 10-12 years experience in the beverage, or FMCG industry with proven leadership experience
- Operational efficiency and cost control
- Knowledge of alco-beverages operations, distribution, and supply chain management
- Expertise in financial management, business development, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
