PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO - HORIZON CAMPUS – MALABE/COLOMBO
Horizon campus is a leading higher education provider, recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in Sri Lanka as a non-state degree-awarding higher education institute located in Malabe. We seek a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO and contribute to the efficiency of the Executive Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle communication, correspondence, and act as a liaison with stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
- Provide occasional personal support and assistance
- Ability to coordinate documents and schedules of top Management and should be flexible to execute a wide range of duties
Required Qualifications
- Possess a degree or diploma from a recognized university/institution/recognized qualification in secretarial practice.
- Must have excellent public relations skills with a highly professional work ethic.
- Should possess strong computer skills, including MS Office packages.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Sinhala languages.
- Previous work experience in a similar capacity will be advantageous.
