We are looking for a passionate individual with a Degree in Human Resources, Management or Law along with 4 years of work experience and proficiency in English and Sinhala to join our team. Through this role, you will develop strategies and implement action plans for the MAS Code of Conduct and all related policies across the MAS group of companies whilst aligning business units to Group Human Resource objectives and educating business units on Human Resource practices related to the Code of Conduct and managing investigations and inquiries related to labour matters.
