Call Center Executives

JOB DUTIES
- Manage Outbound calls.
- Document Issues and Resolutions.
- Maintain client records by updating account information.
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals regarding quantitative and qualitative targets.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Ability to work 10:00 am to 7:30 pm.
- Age between 18 - 40 interested in a career in the BPO/KPO industry.
- A Team player with the ability to work independently in a multicultural fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 06 months to 1-year experience in handling outbound calls or prior web-based customer service.
