EXPORT DOCUMENTATION OFFICER
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, health certificates, Euri and EU catch certificates to US Markets.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (e.g., fisheries department, quarantine, customs) for timely approvals.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of documents to customers and banks.
- Ensure all documentation complies with the destination country’s import regulations and international standards.
- Maintain organized records of all export documentation for audits and traceability.
Qualifications
- Good Academic Background
- Age below 45, Male Candidates only
- Minimum 03 years’ experience in export documentation, preferably in seafood or perishable goods
- Familiarity with fisheries export regulations and certifications (EUR1, EU Catch and Health Certificate to US Markets).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
