EXPORT DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, health certificates, Euri and EU catch certificates to US Markets.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies (e.g., fisheries department, quarantine, customs) for timely approvals.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of documents to customers and banks.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with the destination country’s import regulations and international standards.
  • Maintain organized records of all export documentation for audits and traceability.

Qualifications

  • Good Academic Background
  • Age below 45, Male Candidates only
  • Minimum 03 years’ experience in export documentation, preferably in seafood or perishable goods
  • Familiarity with fisheries export regulations and certifications (EUR1, EU Catch and Health Certificate to US Markets).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
