Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team. This is an immediate placement and the chosen candidates will have great brands to work with and training where necessary.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements
- HNDE – Quantity Surveying, or Equivalent Qualification
- Age below 30 years
- On the job training will be provided
- Will be required to work extended hours, including weekends and night shifts as operational need arise
- Having experience in MEP projects or estimation will be an added advantage
- Candidates residing in Colombo suburbs are preferred
Trainees who are eager to grow and take on a dynamic role are encouraged to apply
Your responsibilities will include
- Prepare detailed cost estimates
- Analyze project requirements, specifications and Drawings to determine material and labor costs
- Assist in the tendering process by preparing and submitting cost estimates
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions and mitigate financial risks
