Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR & Admin Manager
Proven experience in HR & Admin operational activities within the apparel sector
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Young, energetic, and dynamic personality
Age below 50 years
Candidates residing in or around the Gampaha district are preferred
