Position Summary
The Head of Construction is responsible for the strategic leadership and execution of all construction-related activities across the organization. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously while managing teams and subcontractors.

Education & Experience
- Should be a chartered Engineer & Registered member of the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka
- 10+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Expertise in project management tools and construction technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make decisions quickly.
