Project In-Charge
We are a well-established company engaged in the supply and installation of premium-quality granite and marble products for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. With a strong reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our operations and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project In-Charge to lead our technical team and ensure smooth execution of our projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the technical team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Represent the company in project meetings with clients and develop detailed execution plans.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and external granite installers.
- Provide regular updates to management on project progress and pending work.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of client billing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction projects; experience in the granite/marble industry is a strong advantage.
- Qualifications: NCT, HND, NDT, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Age: Preferably above 35 years.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Deep understanding of stone materials, installation methods, and finishes.
- Capable of working under pressure and during extended hours.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High capability of handling sub-contractors.
- Other: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
