REGIONAL MANAGER BRANCH OPERATIONS
ANURADHAPURA, KANDY, KURUNEGALA
American Premium Water, the pioneer in Sri Lanka’s bottled water industry & a market leader in the FMCG sector in Sri Lanka with a staff strength of over 1200, with an extended reach across Logistics & SCM, Construction, Polymer Packaging sectors within Sri Lanka as well as other Asian markets, is looking for Regional Manager Branch Operations for immediate employment. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, highly motivated, and results oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Job Role
- Supervise and support the operations of multiple branches within the region.
- Drive sales performance across branches by implementing strategies, monitoring targets, and mentoring branch teams.
- Lead regional marketing campaigns and local initiatives to support business development.
- Evaluate branch performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular branch visits and audits to maintain quality control and adherence to brand standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Act as a liaison between the branches and the head office to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or regional role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
