We are looking for self-driven, results-oriented individuals with outgoing personalities for the below mentioned position to join our team.
Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis.
- Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar category.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Age below 50 years.
