Quantity Surveyor (Steel Fabrication)
We’re expanding our operations and looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in steel fabrication to join our team. Experience in tower implementation will be a strong advantage.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field (NDT Mechanical also accepted)
- Proven experience in steel fabrication projects
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract administration
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in tower implementation is an added advantage
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for steel fabrication projects
- Evaluate material and labor costs to ensure project feasibility
- Manage BOQs, cost reports, and contract documentation
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and handle contractual claims
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations
