Salesforce Solution Delivery Manager
Our European client is on the lookout for a talented Salesforce Solution Delivery Manager to join their team in Sri Lanka.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage the product backlog and prioritize deliverables.
- Analyze project requirements and provide accurate estimates of effort, timelines, and resources.
- Guide and support the technical team on solution architecture, delivery, and best practices.
- Review and validate technical deliverables to ensure quality, performance, and alignment with requirements.
- Act as a technical escalation point for delivery challenges and architectural decisions.
- Work closely with teams in Sri Lanka and Belgium to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing requirements, expectations, and solution integrity.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, technically sound solutions.
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in both Salesforce project management and hands-on technical delivery.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
- Experience in analyzing requirements, estimating scope, and managing delivery timelines.
- Experience coordinating across offshore and onshore teams, especially between Sri Lanka and Europe.
- Fluent in spoken and written English to directly work with the onsite team in the EU.
- Background in Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, integrations) or architecture.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and methodologies.
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including customers.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly valued.
