Procurement and Logistics Executive
Bellosé is one of the fastest-growing Personal Care and Beauty product companies in Sri Lanka, having made great strides in the hair, skin care, beauty, and fragrance spaces. With an expanding portfolio of Brands and products, including exciting new ranges and variants, we are planning to strengthen our manufacturing operations and expanding our production footprint to support our growth and innovation ambitions in the coming years.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute import operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials to the factory.
- Forecast, plan, and organize purchasing requirements for efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and supplier payments, reconciling accounts with stakeholders.
- Considerable knowledge of methods of analyzing suppliers and material sources.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve functional objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Age: Under 35.
- Candidates who are living close to Horana, Bandaragama areas are favorably considered.
