Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and results-oriented Sales Coordinators to drive our sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
- Knowledge of low voltage power distribution panels, sub distribution panels, cable management systems, and server rack systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil is preferred.
