Established in 1992, Colmans Garments Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a leading garment manufacturer and exporter in Sri Lanka which is situated at industrial zone, Modarawila, Panadura. We are searching for an energetic, experienced candidate for above position.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Human Resources & Administration based in the Panadura. The Manager will oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling administrative tasks. The role requires close collaboration with department heads and senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from recognized university / equal professional qualification in HRM from recognized institute.
- 3-5 years of experience in Assistant Manager - HR or above is definite requirement.
- Strong knowledge in ESG frame work specially social compliance aspects.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience in the manufacturing or garment industry is a plus.
