Accounts & Payroll Assistant

We are seeking an Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join us. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, with a key focus on payroll processing, book-keeping and employee expense tracking.

LOCATION: NAWALA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and employee data.
  • Handle statutory payments and compliance (EPF, ETF, PAYE, etc.).
  • Support accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and time management.
